Freedom Dinner

August 15 was an absolutely beautiful evening for Freedom. I look forward to gathering again next year with amazing community bringing awareness to all the work that Atlas Free is doing.

Being able to host a dinner created and funded by our amazing community was and is a blessing.  From delicious baked goods from bakeries, a menu from home cooks and chefs, artists, florists, gardeners and flower farmers, decorators, and dishwashers, all volunteering their time & talents to create the Freedom Dinners.

These dinners are the most unique potluck that fights human trafficking, with every member of the team a volunteer, every piece of decor donated for use, all menu items determined by the season and created by members of the community so that each guests donation for their seat can go directly to Atlas Free.

This is your chance to help.

These dinners are not about one person doing it all, they are about everyone doing what they do best. When we invite people to help in a way they love creating, we give them a place to connect their heart to purpose.

Beyond the amazing impact these dinners have on the fight against human trafficking, they also have a profound effect on our community. Everyone is waiting for an invitation to find meaning and purpose in their everyday life. Everyone is waiting for an invitation to make a difference.

When we openly invite our community to create a dinner together we are also opening the door for people to connect. And when we have a chance to do life together we realize we are not so different after all.

The Red House + Atlas Free

I am so thankful to Ciderpress Lane for paving the way for these amazing community partnerships. The best contagion is one that helps others while it spreads and what better way to do so than surrounded by an amazing community, enjoying a deliciously beautiful meal and building relationships with people from all corners, all walks, from all jobs and beliefs : and all in the name of freedom.
